7. Can I work with other brands simultaneously?
   Yes, we do not limit your ability to work with other brands. However, it’s important that they are not direct competitors in the jewelry industry, as this could lead to a conflict of interest.
8. Will I receive sales reports and statistics for my collection?
   Upon request, we can provide sales reports and statistics for your collection, so you can monitor its performance. Reports are not provided regularly, but we will supply them when requested.
9. Are there any restrictions on the type of jewelry I can design?
   We are open to diverse ideas and styles. However, if some designs are not feasible due to technology or materials, we will suggest alternative solutions.
10. What marketing support will I receive from Colibra?
    Your collection will be promoted across our sales channels, on social media, in newsletters, and during industry events. We can also collaborate on special promotional campaigns.
11. Can I run contests or giveaways with my collection?
    You can organize contests and offer discounts on your collection. However, we do not allow product giveaways.
12. What are the rules regarding the use of graphics and product photos?
    We will provide you with professional product photos from your collection, which you are free to use in your promotional channels. We do not supply additional graphic materials, but you can use any we create.
13. Can I end the collaboration at any time?
    Yes, the collaboration is based on mutual trust and satisfaction. If you decide to end the partnership, please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
14. Do I need to sign a collaboration agreement?
    Yes, for the security of both parties, we sign an agreement outlining the terms of collaboration, profit-sharing rules, and other key aspects.
15. Can I visit your production facility?
    Absolutely! We invite you to visit our facility in Pruszków, where you can see the production process and learn more about our company.
