GALVANIZATION
The galvanization process takes place by preparing an appropriate galvanic bath, in which electrodes are immersed, and current flows between them. The materials subjected to the galvanization process must be properly prepared beforehand. After cleaning the material, it is immersed in an electrolyte solution, which creates a durable protective coating that adheres to the surface of the item.

How long will it take?
The time for individual stages may vary depending on the availability of materials, the situation in domestic and foreign markets, and communication with the Client:
Prototype Execution Methods:
A) Sculpting
The most commonly used method for prototype production is the manual sculpting of elements, allowing for unique jewelry shapes. This is the most time-consuming process, requiring extensive experience and precision. The cost of making a prototype and a casting mold ranges from 500 PLN to 1500 PLN.
B) Laser Cutting
Recently, pendants of various shapes have become extremely popular, which owners give symbolic meaning. Such additions are timeless and make excellent gifts. Laser cutting of pendants is less labor-intensive than manual forming, so the one-time production cost ranges from 50 PLN to 200 PLN.
C) 3D Printing
Creating prototypes using a 3D printer is recommended for projects with many detailed elements. This production method is significantly faster and more precise than manual execution. However, it comes with a higher cost due to the technology used. The printed prototype serves as a basis for the manual creation of the mold. The total cost of the service ranges from 1000 PLN to 3000 PLN.
