DELIVERY TIME
The time we need to send the item to you, i.e., the approximate shipping date of the order, can be found next to each product in our e-shop. If your order contains items with different delivery times, the preparation time is considered to be the longest one.
- 24h - the product is in our warehouse - the package will be prepared for shipment within 24 hours.
- 2-5 days - these are products with a longer processing time.
- Made to order - these are products that we produce by hand in larger quantities (for wholesale orders). We will inform you of the estimated delivery time as soon as possible.

DELIVERY COST
The delivery cost depends on the selected payment method and the total weight of the order. The complete order is sent in one shipment, so the customer pays only one delivery cost. Cash on delivery +4 PLN.

If your purchase is a wholesale order, shipping costs are determined individually. We make every effort to ensure the costs are as low as possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Upon customer request, shipping is available to any location within the EU and worldwide via courier/shipping companies. In such cases, please contact us by phone or email. Cash on delivery is not available for international shipments.
FREE SHIPPING
- Free shipping is available for all customers who make purchases over 300 PLN, but only within Poland.
